- Register for the Workshop
Early registration will open in May 2021. If your paper is accepted, you will be asked to register. One author for each paper must register at a non-student rate, even if all authors are students. One registration covers two papers for those authors who have multiple papers accepted. Please go to the Registration page to register for the workshop.
The registration page is the same that for the conference.
IMPORTANT: Your paper will not be included in the proceedings unless you have successfully registered.
- Final Paper Submission
Please note that authors received an invitation to register and upload the CR on the email address they specified for the contact author in EasyChair.
They should definitely use the SAME email to register and upload. If someone else is going to present the paper, they should inform me, so that I can change the name on Assyst. Then, another mail is automatically shot, and so on.
Please also note that he SAME person that registered MUST upload the CR.
Within 72 hours of your successful registration, you will receive a message with instructions on how to upload your camera-ready paper(s). If you do not receive your instructions, please contact the workshop Coordinator. The camera-ready paper(s) will be formatted according to the same guidelines as the submission. After you have uploaded your final paper, you will be asked to fill out and sign a Copyright Form, to be returned via email or fax.
